Position Purpose:
The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiative is a major tool in Gulfstreams continuous improvement strategy. The Continuous Improvement Specialist Sr works independently to instill the principles of operational excellence within their assigned areas. They lead, instruct, and coach others in the application of lean methodologies. The CI Specialist Sr provides managers mentoring and professional support in their continuous improvement implementation.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for assisting management in planning and coordination of activities related to Lean implementation. 2. Mentor and coach managers and teams in the application of the principles of operational excellence. 3. Key resource to functional area(s) in identifying and defining projects by value stream/critical metric events that are high value opportunities for improvement. 4. Prepare, conduct, and evaluate analyses, for planning improvements, strategies and problem solving that impacts company decisions. 5. Provides input to the vision and strategy, encompassing operations, materials, and data for assigned area and applying lean principles as appropriate. 6. Electrical Engineer - Power - Refinery Exp (KS)

Description:
Our Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Industrial / Energy group located in our Wichita, Kansas office. Engineering projects will include refining, gas processing and other related process facilities. This position is available due to growth opportunities.

Job Duties:
1. Prepare electrical equipment specification for MCC's, Switchgear, Substations and electrical equipment selection.
2. Review specifications, drawings and vendor equipment documentation from both within the electrical engineering discipline and with other engineering disciplines for compliance with the project requirements.
3. Apply design knowledge in power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems & equipment specification & selection.

Basic Function
An Instrument Project Engineer (IE) is responsible for the design and implementation of process instrumentation from initial conception through field installation. Job Summary
