What does a great Product Analyst do?
Leads the analysis and design phase of the ACH product enhancements and ensures that the enhancements are implemented as designed. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) both within EPS and with clients and prospects. Fosters and manages stakeholder relationships and expectations.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Leading the analysis phase of a project with the possibility of one or more BA’s aligned to them to support its delivery

· Collecting, understanding, and communicating the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test analysis that can be utilized by the development teams.

· Collaborate with product architects and technical architects/leads to define solutions

· Document the results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from stakeholders/clients, when applicable

· Provide design direction, to delivery personnel, and review the design and specifications for changes that affect their respective modules

· Provide the link between the client/stakeholder, development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

· Design, specify and execute business test scenarios

· Communicate with the client’s subject matter experts and system users to identify business needs and/or resolve product issues, during clearing development, sales meetings and/or workshops

· Provide sales support in the form of SME during sales calls, RFP responses, RFI responses, conduct and/or assist with workshops, demos, and POCs

· Facilitate scoping for client/prospect payments change initiatives of varying size and complexity

· Responsible for managing the overall requirements catalogue for a project

PDS Tech is looking for an Advanced Compos Tech Sr for an open position in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Under little or no supervision, perform one or more of the following composite part manufacturing functions: complex lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and/or complex repairs, in a production environment. Function as a team member and assist in providing technical direction to other team members. Principal  Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. In a team oriented work environment, manufacture a wide variety of composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications. Possess the ability to perform close tolerance work. 2. Must demonstrate leadership ability and possess good communication skills. 3. Demonstrate ability to plan, organize, execute, and obtain objectives with minimal direction. 4. Job Description:
1. This position is deployed to the Revolutionary Technology Programs (RTP) team to provide technical expertise and leadership.

Composite Tooling Engineer

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Must be able to perform a variety of non-routine tasks and demonstrate general knowledge of configuration control procedures, theories and concepts.
o Ability to manage, release, and archive Software baselines strongly preferred.
o Must possess: (1) the ability to coordinate work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates; (2) the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment; (3) ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics and technical orders; (4) analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and asses situations; and (5) good computer skills.

Electrical and Controls Engineer

Description:

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Electrical and Controls Engineer, Muscatine, IA.

Summary:

  • Support the day-to-day electrical and instrumentation needs in a chemical manufacturing unit. This support may involve troubleshooting and some maintenance.
  • Together with process and mechanical engineers, develop scopes defining improvement projects (safety, yields, capacity, quality, reliability and cost improvement), including. alternatives and cost-benefit analysis, as needed.
  • Specify instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, etc.), control devices, motors, and other electrical components.
  • Review and evaluate vendor information for instrumentation and electrical components and determine suitability for specific projects applications.
  • Prepare maintenance plans for restoring and maintaining equipment to operating condition in a minimum amount of time, balancing repair cost and minimizing future failures.
  • Interacts with E&I maintenance technicians, production technicians, maintenance go-to, and others who work in and support the unit.
  • Create, modify and validate documentation related to process operations, safety, and applicable environmental regulations, as needed – including electrical drawings and engineering flow diagrams/P&ID diagrams.
  • Comply with plant safety rules.
  • Working knowledge of Engineering tools and software and ability to read and understand process flow diagrams, line drawings P&ID and schematics.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
