Description:
Actively support the Client Aircraft design team to ensure customer expectations are met.

Design generic repairs for metallic and composite structures.

Design specific repairs for damages exceeding Aircraft Structural Repair Publication (ASRP) limitations.

Support operators with technical support on repair-ability of their Client Aircraft fleet.

Perform investigation on in-service structural issues affecting reliability, dispatch-ability and repair-ability.

Participate in the design and support of structural modifications.

Represent Client Customer Support in internal and external committees.

Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Customer Support organization.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a relevant experience of minimum of five (5) years in the aerospace industry.

Detailed knowledge of CATIA V5 (preferably R19) and Enovia.

Are comfortable in interrogating aircraft structure repair.

Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Dynamic person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and good judgment.

Are organized, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively, while working toward tight deadlines.

Bilingual - have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in English and French.

Available for occasional travel on short notice.

Having knowledge of Client Aircraft engineering, drawing and configuration control systems is an asset.

Having detailed knowledge of airline operation, engineering and maintenance is an asset.
