Description:
Product Designer (Solidworks) 

Location: Saginaw, Michigan



Job Descriptions: 

  • Create initial design and development. 

  • Reverse engineer product. 

  • Develop product manuals and test plans. 

  • Ensure the availability of proposed components for design and mechanical fit of all components. 

  • GD&T tolerance features. 

  • Support the Manufacturing Department in various areas such as investigation or revisions and creation of engineering change notices. 

  • Self-organized and cross check with co-workers for completion of the project. 


Requirements: 

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related experience in lieu of. 


  • Knowledgeable with Solidworks, ACAD, CATIA, and Pro E. 

  • Ability to work as a Team Player. 

  • Proficient with manual inspection equipment. 

  • Strong verbal and written skills. 

  • Knowledgeable in ERP/ MRP systems.
