Description:
Seeking a Tool Designer located in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs industrial machinery and equipment, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and machine attachments required for production or experimental use, considering such factors as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, in the field. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. May use CAD/CAM to design tools.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Aerospace Tool Design experience required.
5000+ hours of CATIA V5 experience designing tools.
Experience with CATIA 4-6 years, Computer Aided Design 4-6 years, and Tooling 4-6 years.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS

Full-Time/First Shift
