PCB Design Engineer Mentor Graphics

Description:
*This is a full time, 6 month contract position, located in Orlando*



We are seeking a PCB design engineer who will be responsible for designing/debugging, laying out and fabrication of high density, multi layer (8-30+ layers) digital and analog circuits/boards using Mentor Graphics software.



Candidates will be working daily with controlled impedance, terminators, diff pairs, stripline, dual stripline, DDR3, DDR4 and shielded traces on double-sided boards up to 36 layers and 5 gbps. HDI, fine pitch BGA’s, micro, blind and buried vias.



Required
*PCB Electrical Engineer with 6 years’ experience designing, debugging, and laying out digital/analog circuits.
*Skilled in Mentor Graphics Xpedition and Designer V2.3 as well as Valor.
*Single and Double sided assembly with PCIe, GIGe using micro Blind/Buried and Micro via experience
*Experience with controlled impedance, terminators, diff pairs, stripline, dual stripline, DDR3, DDR4 and shielded traces on double-sided boards (up to 36 layers and 5 gbps), . HDI, and fine pitch BGA’s,
*Familiar with IPC and MIL-STD and specifications
*Able to obtain a security clearance after start; requires applicants to be US Citizens.
*4 year engineering degree



Preferred:
*HyperLynx DRC, DxDatabook and Library Manager experience.
*Experience with Mentor Graphics Board Station, DaLMS and Fablink
