FPGA/VHDL Electrical Engineer

Description:
*This is a full time, 6 month contract position, located in Wayne, NJ*

We are searching for an FPGA design/verification/test engineer. Candidate will develop requirements, specifications and documentation. Create verification plans using Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), develop RTLs, System Verilog, Test Like You Fly, etc. Candidate will perform design analysis and verifications, Insert ASIC test capabilities, and support ASIC testing.

Required
*5 years’ experience in FPGA electronics designing (PCB Boards).
*Strong HDL skills such as VHDL, Verilog
*Exposure to two or more of the following: RTL definition, verification and design, test insertions, synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, Test Pattern generation.
*Verification methodology experience with tools such as UVM/OVM.
*4 year engineering degree, preferably a BSEE

Pluses:
*Verification methodology experience with tools such as UVM/OVM.
*Experience with Mentor Graphics Modelsim / Questasim or Synopsys backend tools
•Able to program in C, C++, TCL, or scripting in PERL, Bash, Python, Ruby
•Linux experience
