Quality Inspector

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with Aerospace/Flight Test exposure to conduct QA inspections for a new exciting aircraft project in Moses Lake, WA.


Job Duties

Conduct physical QA inspections on Flight Test Aircrafts.
Witness and certify system test conformity.
Release of Aircraft for Flight.
Carry out daily audits related to shop floor practices or specific Quality System elements.
Prepare and audit Aircraft documentation such as Technical logs.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies through problem solving.
May assist QA organization during Authority audits.
Raise non-conformance and snags reports related to product.
Perform Nondestructive testing (NDT) as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.


Requirements
Education

College degree.
AME license on Regional Aircraft or large Aircrafts.
NDT certification Preferred.
Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in AC release as a Quality Inspector in Experimental Flight Testing or maintenance or pre-flight.
Experimental Flight Test experience desired.
