Employee Development Spec 3

Location: Renton, WA
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Conduct learning delivery in the specific field of Aircraft Sealing. Must have knowledge of aircraft sealing applications such as fay seal, cap seal, fillet seal and fuel tank sealing. Aircraft manufacturing experience required.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
