Tool Administrator / Project Coordinator

Description:
Tool Admin/Project Coordination Statement of work:
Support to include but not limited to the following:
1. Reviewing and Processing Supplier Tooling (Z Tool) requests
2. Managing and reporting status of Offload Tooling requests
3. To help supply technical support to Programs and Operations
4. Process and Manage Tool Engineering offload packages (SAP)
5. Process Tool Design Orders, PR/PO payments (SAP)
6. Specialized Tooling projects/presentations as needed
7. Standard Work creations and maintenance
8. Data analysis and reporting

The Durable Tooling organization is a service organization responsible for providing Tool Designs, Supplier Tooling inputs, Strategic Sourcing Technical support, and oversight of the general tooling principles for Company Aircraft.

High School diploma required, Bachelor degree in applicable field strongly preferred.

Must be fluent with Microsoft Office
Must have some knowledge of SAP, or database operating systems
