Reliability & Maintainability Engineer - Stratford, CT

Looking for a highly experienced R&M Engineer with a proven track record supporting proposal activities as well as the creation of Reliability & Maintainability work products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing R&M material for the CH-53K Germany proposal and will also provide as needed support to the Future Vertical Lift capture teams.

Description:

Supports and manages projects ensuring that designs are sufficiently robust to satisfy customers needs for equipment that is life cycle cost-effective without sacrificing operator, maintainer, or system safety.
Support all elements of the R&M proposal and development activities, including initial R&M predictions, detail Program Plan development, supplier/subcontractor SOW/requirements flow-down and supplier selection, Basis of Estimate and technical proposal writing, BAFO Proposal Negotiations support and support of initial Sustainment and Logistics Analysis.
Future Vertical Lift support will involve preparing detailed timelines identifying maintenance steps and times completed for each Line Replaceable Assembly.

8+ years as a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer in the aerospace industry
