The Lead Electrical Engineer will support the test engineering department in Kansas City MO. Primary responsibilities include designing, troubleshooting, maintenance activities associated with test equipment for supporting production of electronic products. Support activities include: hardware design, circuit board design, software design, product testing and specification refinement, documentation support, software design and development, tester troubleshooting and maintenance. May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments. Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering testing and measurement to test products on the production floor.

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in test engineering.

* Requires US Citizenship and an active DOE Q clearance or DOD TS clearance
