Program Manager

Description:
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a talented Program Manager to assist in managing the planning and execution of major projects for our global. global aerospace and defense customer.

Scope of Experience and Responsibilities:

2+ years of related program management and/or coordination experience within the aerospace, defense, automotive and/or energy industries.
Program Management knowledge with New Product Introduction (NPI) is a plus.
Experience with high reliability and low volume E/M products is a plus.
Will support engineering and act as a customer interface.
Support project milestones, costs and deliverables.
Ensure that customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Track and report project status and progress.
Knowledge of
PLC (Product-Life-Cycle) process and related tools is a plus.
May act as the primary point-of-contact with client customers.
Contribute to strategic and cost planning, and
change of project scope.
Align with sales and business development team, including assistance with proposal development.
Interface with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure quality, technology, delivery and delivery capacity expectations are met.
Must have strong strategic planning skills.
Six Sigma, Lean and continuous improvement knowledge is a plus.
Education/Certifications:

A technical or business Bachelor's Degree is required
MBA or equivalent Master's Degree is a plus, but not required
PMP certification is preferred.
