Description:
Software Engineer - Level 2

Location: Orlando, FL
Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/HR
6+ month contract
1st Shift

**Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance**

Description:
- The software engineer will support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Maintenance Training Systems program.
- This unique role requires software development proficiency and familiarity with any of the following: general aircraft systems, weapons systems, cockpit controls, landing gear, and aircraft engine maintenance.
- The engineer will design, develop, and test software modules on a day-to-day basis.
- The engineer will provide sustainment support for our complex maintenance training simulation programs.

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related technical field, and at least 2 years of professional level experience with C/C++ and C# s/w development.
- The ability to produce robust and accurate simulations software.
- The engineer will collaborate with team mates and other engineering disciplines to include hardware engineers, systems engineers, F-35 subject matter experts, and program management.
- Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Desired:
- C++, C#, SQL, PowerShell Real-time simulation experience.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
