We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Building Engineer or HVAC Mechanic to join a leading Company in the Fitchburg, MA, surrounding area.

Pay Rate Range:$38.44 - $48.08 / Hour DOE.

HVAC Responsibilities.
Building Engineer must have a minimum of (5-8) years’ experience in building maintenance and operation, maintaining facilities, and working on significant commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform operations and preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS, boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge of operating and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
Technical HVAC training is highly desired.
A Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License or HVAC local/state journeyperson grade license is required.
