Systems Engineer

Description:
Job Description
• Possess a strong mathematics/statistics and MATLAB background.
• The contractor will assist the Data Analytics team's progress through BETA testing, running/performing analyses, GUI upgrades, and integrating updates into ADAPTS tool that support a go-live operational tool by 1Q2019.
• Once the tool is operational, additional modules to be developed that will enable causal and correlation analysis in order to facilitate root cause determination. This will require the development of sophisticated heuristics based on various levels of artificial intelligence.

Job Requirements
• Background in propulsion, avionics, ordnance or structure component design, MFG or testing in aerospace related work.
• Prior knowledge / experience with Data Analytics/Data Science related activities.
• Experience in pulling data from various sources and transforming that data into usable forms.

Skill Set
• Sound knowledge of MATLAB, Math / Statistics
• Data Analytics & Testing

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree is Required
