Test Engineer I

Description:
DUTIES:

� Design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot and upgrade Automated Test Equipment (ATE) used in testing PCBA�s, sub-systems and systems. This position requires LabView / TestStand experience.

� Develop test plans and strategies.

� Analyze, process and format test results.

� Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines. Work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.

� Provide feedback to product design team to improve testability or design.

� Excellent problem resolution, judgment & decision making skills.

� Ability to generate estimates based on different levels of specifications at different life cycle stages of a project.


QUALIFICATIONS:

� Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.

� Experienced in LabView / TestStand programming (C# experience a plus).

� 5+ years� experience in development of test solutions.

� Knowledge of engineering disciplines including mechanical & electrical design, material properties and test instrumentation.

� Proficient in planning, writing and executing test specifications.

� Demonstrated testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards.

� Excellent oral and written communications skills.

� RF test experience a plus.
