STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Program Managers for open positions in Marana, Arizona.

Qualifications:

• Must have A&P License or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
• Someone out of college who is able to show analytical data and metrix on how the scope of the projects are going will be considered.
• Must be able to show the VP of Operations on a drop of a dime: “Hours vs Cost vs Percentage of Aircraft Completed” (Will completion be on time? If not what are the projections? etc.)
