Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an individual to perform analog verification and research of advanced analog mixed signal integrated circuit blocks. The applicant must be familiar with analog, RF and mixed signal design/fabrication and the associated EDA design tools. Job Summary:

The Analyst is responsible for conducting the administrative aspects of all QA CASS Programs. Description:
CNC Machinist applies advanced skills in administration and use of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment, as appropriate to area of specialization. 2. Demonstrate expertise in use, maintenance, and calibration requirements of precision measuring and inspection tools such as, but not limited to, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, multimeters, watt meters, spectrum analyzers, and borescopes. 8. Demonstrate expertise in the flow of materials and work order processes within the repair station. 9. Maintain and utilize all required paperwork in accordance with FAA Repair Station requirements. 10. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. 11. Remove & install APUs and perform all required APU maintenance for all aircraft models 4. Perform repairs to electronic assemblies and subassemblies by removing and replacing circuit components, either through hole or surface mount, using acceptable soldering and circuit repair techniques. 5. Typical responsibilities include: Prepare product definition (CAD models and drawings). Perform Verification of Product Definition (Checking) includes models, drawings and PLM attributes and relationships.



40% - Create, check and maintain design product definition (Models & Drawings) for engineering designs. This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of design layouts and/or preliminary conceptual design layouts, as well as outsourced design project leadership.



30% - Performs design calculations to validate any phase of design requirements.



20% - Estimation of resources and schedule required to complete a design activity and training to staff.



10% - Provide technical guidance to less senior CAD designers and to design support personnel.



Skills:
-10 years of experience with CAD systems (Creo 2.0 preferred) along with experience using CAD database management and PLM tools (Windchill prefered).

-Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical harnessing and packaging of Aerospace hardware required.

-Expert knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (ASME Y14.5).

-ASME Certification in GD&T is a plus.

-Ability to read and interpret product definition and related specifications.

-Electronic markup tools and the ability to work paperless is required.

Avionics Systems Engineer responsible for avionics software/hardware integration on the Apache Area Weapon System (AWS). Responsibilities include complex avionics development activities including pursuing advanced technologies, performing trade studies, developing technical approaches, decomposition, flowdown and traceability of system and software requirements, and system/subsystem verification testing. The purpose of the work is to perform gun scoring and analysis. Will be a member of a cross functional integrated product team. Responsible for close coordination with US Army and international customers to ensure implementation is responsive to requirements, using appropriate project integration methodologies, and project management practices. Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications. Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

The ideal candidate must be able to design, develop, test and present complex electrical and networking systems that utilize sensor technology. Exposure to missile, gun, or rocket technology is highly desired. Control theory expertise desired.

Description:
This position is for an engineer that will perform wiring design and integration tasks associated with the Electrical Systems. This position will report directly to the Manager, Electrical Wiring Design.

Experience:
Seeking design engineers with experience in the creation and maintenance of aircraft systems wiring diagrams, parts lists, and electrical harness drawings. This involves detailed understanding and specification of aircraft electrical harness components selection, harness design requirements, harness level system separation, and system integration at the wiring level.

Position Overview: As an Electronics Technician, you will provide technical and hands-on support on increasingly complex products. Your strong electronic and analytical skills will allow you to find and resolve product failures to serve our customer quickly and accurately. Your expertise in troubleshooting, testing and correcting malfunctions in electronic devices, and test equipment will aid you in repairing the instruments that are returned to client for service. * Identify, isolate and control nonconformance of components or products.
* Record product service data using defined data collection methods.
* Conduct internal communication with internal departments or external customers and vendors to resolve issues.
* May provide technical training assistance for external biomedical staff, customers or vendors as required
* May travel to customer locations to perform assistance when performing service, calibration, or training.

Our Client in Ponca City, Oklahoma (Refinery) has a crude oil processing capacity of 203 MBPD. Both foreign and domestic crudes are delivered by pipeline from Canada, Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. The refinery's facilities include fluid catalytic cracking, delayed coking and hydro-desulfurization units that enable it to produce high ratios of gasoline and diesel fuel from crude oil. Finished petroleum products are shipped by truck, rail and Company-owned and common carrier pipelines to markets throughout the mid-continent region. Operations are run 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

The Instrument Engineer is responsible for the design, engineering, and implementation of process instrumentation and control systems from initial conception through commissioning.

The Instrument Engineer is responsible for design and engineering that provide the most reliable and cost- effective instrument and control systems. The Instrument Engineer also provides consulting services to process engineers in developing process design specifications, develops operating and training manuals for mechanical and process personnel, and participates in training operating personnel.

The Instrument Engineer writes purchase and construction specifications and writes and performs Factory Acceptance Tests procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Parts Manager/Components Engineer - Manage the electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical (EEE) parts and components including subcontractor oversight of EEE parts and components for the PAC-3 Program. Position requires a strong track record in communication with program management, customers, and subcontractors outside of Client. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide electrical engineering support to Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including planning, directing, and/or participating in aircraft and laboratory testing. Prepares procurement specification inputs, interface drawings, installation design packages, and calibration procedures to accommodate unique test requirements.
