Job Description:

Provide Subject Matter Expertise on all F-35 aircraft systems and current maintenance procedures and practices through classroom instruction and task training for the F-35 enterprise. Responsibilities include:

1.Conduct F-35 classroom training for Contract Labor Support (CLS) and military maintainers.
2.Conduct on aircraft task training for Contract Labor Support (CLS) and military maintainers.
3.Coordinate training schedules with contract partners, military customer and NGC Instructor Lead.
4.Interpret technical source data to include engineering documents, F-35 Joint Technical Data (JTD), Aerospace Engineering Instructions (AEIs), manufacturer source documents.
5.Provide training completion records to Contract Labor Support (CLS) and military service representatives for insertion into training records.
6.Maintain courseware instruction and on aircraft task training by conducting periodic reviews of course material and incorporating updates as required.
7.Establish strong working relationship with contract partners and military customer.


Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years in related field and 10 years of military aircraft maintenance experience. Must have a current and active Secret clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

Classroom training experience.

Experience working on the F-35 program.

Customer interaction experience
