Spacecraft Life Support System Controller Developer

Description:
Inconen is looking for a Spacecraft Life Support System Controller Developer for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Houston, TX.

**Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Active Secret Clearance preferred**

Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide design & development support for a variety of new space hardware electronic components and electrical systems. He or she will design, develop, and test microcontroller-based products, embedded firmware and software, circuit card assemblies, cable harnesses. He or she will integrate new products into next assemblies and systems. He or she must be able to work across disciplines with mechanical engineers, software engineers, manufacturing personnel, and field personnel.

Candidate must have:
-Sound electrical engineering background (including microcontroller-based circuit design, embedded firmware and software, wiring diagrams, systems analysis, motor and control applications, and control logic)
-Understanding of printed circuit board, circuit card assembly, and other manufacturing processes
-Experience with CADENCE electronic design software
-Experience with LTSpice electronic analysis software
-Experience with Linux, Linux kernel
-Experience with C, C#, Python, real-time programming
-Experience with Agile development techniques
-Experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
-Understanding of mechanical and software functions
-Strong communications and leadership ability
