Description:
 
Location: Monroe, OH
Position Type: W2 Contract
 
Description:
- Actively develop and manage projects related to transformation project
- Participate in development projects in all aspects including conception, design, material sourcing, proof of concept, specification development and costing
- Protect all intellectual property and secure exclusivity of all ideation where possible
- Must be able to generate CAD drawings as required to support transformation project
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS – Engineering
- Manufacturing project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD
 
Candidate must have auto cad experience, be familiar with Lean and have experience with new installation process, equipment, layout and material flow to meet quality and productivity requirements.
