Aerospace Engineer - Cabin Safety - Equipment Furnishing

Description:
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
1. Leads a team of engineers responsible for all engineering deliverables
2. Provides specialized technical assistance to team members
3. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of challenges and opportunities
4. Works under limited supervision
5. Acts as liaison with other teams, internally and externally, including suppliers. Ensure communication channels are world-class.
6. Improves tools and processes for improved effectiveness
7. Performs other duties as assigned

Skills:
This position requires experience with the design, installation, and certification of aircraft systems and equipment. The candidate should have experience integrating with other teams and suppliers. Additionally, the candidate should have experience leading a team, effective communication skills and exceptional organization skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requiprements:
5 yrs in the specific technical discipline or 10 yrs broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelor.
Experience type certification program (preferred).
