Electrical Engineer

Description:
The ideal candidate will manage research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, PC Board Layouts, Electronics Packaging equipment, facilities, systems, products and networks for commercial, industrial and governmental purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads activities of direct Engineering staff at the discretion of Engineering Management to achieve accurate and timely completion of repairs and modifications during maintenance and component overhaul visits.
• Plans, reviews, organizes, and prioritizes engineering tasks to ensure Engineering completes tasks and maintains responsiveness in order to maintain aircraft, component, and engineering program schedules.

• Approve engineering documents within authorized signatory level.

AUTHORITY:

• Experienced with OEM airframe, system, and interior design practices.

*This is a permanent position, located in Paterson, NJ*



We are hiring for a permanent lead Civil Engineer/Project Manager for our satellite water/wastewater engineering office who will be interfacing with municipal and country utility authorities, county and city infrastructure leaders, representing and working with our internal local and main office teams in conducting wastewater/municipal civil engineering design projects. The satellite office is a small, with less than 10 people, that owes its success to a strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and ability to bring in complex projects on time and under budget.



The position will be very customer focused, whereby incumbent will be attending public meetings, being the representative of the county/municipality in discussing the merits and details of the project with stakeholders and public. The projects you would be working on are medium sized, 2 million to 50 million gallons processed a day, located throughout NJ, but especially in North NJ.



Work will include runoff, culvert, building, street, sewer as well as potable water projects. Typical construction costs of these projects would be up to 20 million dollar projects.



Required:
*5 years’ experience in water/wastewater systems design, project management and being the team member interfacing with customers and external stakeholders.
*Experience in water/wastewater in county and municipal work, preferably within NJ; knowledge of NJ regulations.
*Candidate must live/locate within short drive to Mt. Holly NJ.
*Some knowledge of AutoCAD.
*Civil or environmental engineering degree
*State of NJ Professional Engineer (PE) License and/or be ready to apply for a NJ PE upon hire (a 4-6 week process for completion).

Job Description / Responsibilities:

12 Month Contract

Tool Engineer to work in a composite aircraft and rocket motor fabrication environment, at the Clearfield, Utah location:

Responsibilities:
• Concept and design of special tooling within an Integrated Product Team structure
• Project management of vendor and CAD resources for design and fabrication of individual rocket motor and aircraft tools
• Use and/or manages Computer Aided Design (CAD) resources for tooling design
• Work with vendors to ensure successful fabrication of tooling
• Witnesses source inspection of special tooling at fabrication locations
• Proof tooling upon receipt
• Maintain tooling documentation related to design, fabrication and proofing
• Provide engineering disposition of damaged and discrepant tooling and oversee return to production
• Provides tooling estimates for new tools

Education and Experience Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical, Civil or Aerospace Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of internship experience.

Screening Criteria:
• Experience with design of mechanical and structural elements
• Experience with design, fabrication and installation of tooling for rocket motor and/or aircraft composite parts preferred
• Experience with general metallic fabrication including welding, machining, and forming.
• Understanding of 3D CAD systems (CATIA V5, NX) preferred
