Aerodynamics/Flight Sciences - California

Description:
MUST BE US PERSONS
We are looking for an Aerodynamicist for a contracting job located in California, to assist with the development of some less experienced engineers and pick up analysis tasks. This can be a full-time position BUT is even open to those who can only work on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week).

Basic requirements:
%u2022 15+ years of experience with an aircraft OEM, NASA or USAF in some of the following fields:
o Aerodynamics analysis and CFD
o Aero Thermal analysis
o Wind Tunnel
o Performance and Handling Qualities
o Stability and Control
o Loads Development
o Flutter
%u2022 Experience mentoring or leading team members
%u2022 Experience with full aircraft analysis %u2013 subsonic and transonic required, supersonic desirable.
%u2022 BS degree in Aero from accredited institution, MS desirable
Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by the ITAR
