Embedded Software Engineer - Level 3

Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Pay Rate: $85/hr - $98/hr (DOE)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Shift: First, 9/80

Description
As a Patriot Missile (PAC-3) Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will have experience with real time systems, experience with real time embedded operating systems and software, Unit Under Test (UUT) programming & integration, open architecture software development, past integration of disparate systems, and Missile Seeker integration experience. Understanding of hardware interfaces and familiarity with missile subsystems is a plus. Candidates must be able to apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory: (must meet all requirements)
The candidate should be a self-starter and possess all of the following skills:
• Secret Clearance Required: 4+ years of experience
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Related Field: 4+ years of experience
• C/C++: 4+ years of experience
• ADA: 4+ years of experience
• Linux (Red Hat): 4+ years of experience
• Domain Knowledge of Air and Missile Defense: 4+ years of experience
• Seeker Programming and/or Integration: 4+ years of experience
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) – Unit Under Test (UUT) Experience: 4+ years of experience

Desired:
• Razor (CM Control): 0-3 years of experience
