Job Summary:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
Master's Degree.
Experience with RF subsystems (Electronic Warfare ‘EW’, RADAR, Communications, or Datalinks).
Experience with requirements development, decomposition, or verification.
Working knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) principles and techniques.
Experience with supply chain management and supplier technical coordination.
Project leadership experience.
Experience with RF system Design & Development.
Experience with RF subsystem Integration & Test.
Fighter aircraft subsystem development experience with an emphasis on RF sensor technologies.
Experience with defining system architecture.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced (dynamic) environment without appreciable supervision.
Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM).
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project.
