Job Duties:

• The successful candidate serves as an engineer driving commercial aircraft sheet-metal and composite component repair and vendor oversight

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with airline flight operations and support systems, 14 CFR 121 dispatch regulations and 14 CFR 145 repair station regulations are highly desired
• Understanding of composite structure related to aircraft Thrust Reverses is preferred, but not required
• Must have strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills, strong project management skills; written and verbal communication skills; multi-tasking abilities; proven results-orientation; and strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and AUTOCAD, or similar, is desired
• Accurately anticipates the not so obvious impact of various solutions to technical problems

In depth knowledge of Non-destructive Testing (NDT) processes and familiarity with the following: welding; heat treating of aerospace alloys; non-destructive testing; shot peening; coordinate measuring machines; inspection methods; and measuring and test equipment.
Proficient in the use of personal computers, blueprint reading, geometric tolerances, and application of SPC to part characteristics.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills, and understanding of aerospace requirements.
Must attend training and earn DQR, DSQR, and/or other customer certifications as required in order to release manufactured parts for shipment.

Job Summary:

The Aircraft Power Plant Engineer is responsible for developing engineering solutions to enhance reliability and affect repair to the aircraft engines/fleet. Provides oversight and engineering expertise to contracted repair agencies conducting heavy maintenance, field repairs, engine shop repair and repairs to engine components. • Develop/enhance engine and component build specifications
• Develop/refine engine shop workscopes specific to each engine/APU
• Develop Engineering Orders (EO) for the incorporation of modifications to aircraft engines, APUs and engine component
• Coordinates repair plans/implementation processes with Materials, Purchasing, Treasury/Fleet Planning, Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Control teams
• Coordinate with aircraft heavy maintenance vendors to ensure approved data is used as the basis for repairs/modifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ Aircraft Powerplant Engineering experience (line and shop support)
• Knowledge of CFM56 and JT8D and RB211 engines; Airbus A319/320, MD80 and B757 APUs; and associated aircraft/engine/APU systems
• Engine health monitoring/diagnostics experience
• Knowledge of and ability to understand/research OEM manuals, Service Bulletins, Operational manuals, wiring diagrams (WDM) and schematics
• Knowledge of and ability to research ADs and FARs
• Ability to write technical specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and Arbortext

Job Summary:

You will be part of a team that is responsible for both creating and evolving the digital transformation of the front-line operation. General Summary:
The Interior Design Engineer will perform interior design engineering for cabin & cockpit structures, components, and trim for aircraft. This includes requirements definition for the entire interior including liners, monuments, and seats. Familiarity with FAA certification requirements pertaining to aircraft interiors and human factors is desired. The individual will also support production aircraft completions and supply chain as needed to clarify requirements and provide dispositions to engineering deviations. JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSABILITIES
The MRB Engineer:

- Evaluates and analyzes defects in parts from technical documents such as drawings, technical repair manuals (TO), customer specifications, stress reports in order to gather all the necessary information for the acceptance or rejection of a part that no longer meets standards during production.

- Ensures that the parts are structurally adequate by calculating constraints and safety factors or by asking the stress engineering department in order to make a final decision.

- Ensures that the assembly function is not affected by verifying the functional and structural aspects of the rejected part and develop a method for possible repair or condemning the part.

- Completes documentation of non-compliances with a final provision that meets customer requirements.

- Communicates if required any additional information to customers.

During the initial system development cycle the successful candidate is projected to support the technical lead in each SPA team focused area, as follows:
