Civil Engineer - Municipal EIT (284)

Description:
*This is a full time salaried position, located in Paterson, NJ.*



We are seeking a permanent Civil Engineer who will be working on civil and municipal projects in the state of New Jersey. Applicant will be particularly involved designing roads, storm water management and runoff, buildings, city infrastructure, etc. The position will have the applicant working in over 70 municipal entities in New Jersey.



Required:
*3 years’ experience in municipal and Civil engineering including road, stormwater runoff/drainage, erosion control, sedimentation studies, culverts, small bridges or similar design and engineering projects.

*Must reside within 1hr of Paterson, NJ; familiar with New Jersey Land use laws
*Some knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D
*25% travel within NJ
*Must have an Engineering degree, Civil strongly preferred

*EIT or PE Certification



Pluses:

*Some knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D
*Experience with stormwater modeling software such as HydroCAD

*ArcGIS experience
