Description:
Produce, maintain and respect the project schedules;

Lead, coordinate and govern meeting for any Process & Tool (SAP) implementation, Adjustment or improvement with the respective project stakeholders;

Produce and maintain Project Management indicators;

Understand and document manufacturing function's business requirements and processes;

Identify and propose solutions meeting business requirement;

Participate in multifunction workshop sessions and activities following SAP implementation;

Identify and manage master data modification;

Perform SAP improvement testing with IT;

Ensure efficient communication and change management with impacted functions;

Identify and document training requirement, perform training with users and super users;

Provide support to SAP users;

Ensure user support, troubleshooting and RFCs tracking with IT teams

Have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Computer engineering or any equivalent relevant experience.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant employment experience.

Have organization skills, rigor and autonomy.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and love challenges.

Have a great sense of initiative.

Have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Visio).

Experience in aerospace or cabinet manufacturing industry is an asset.

Strong knowledge of SAP, a major asset.

Bilingual - (French and English) is required.
