Ground Test Project Engineer

Description:
An experienced professional is needed for the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) program.

The candidate will support and manage the development, coordination and reporting of Ground Tests, Supplier Qualification activity and subcontractor management.

They will act as Project Engineer to provide project management, metrics and business analysis including support of Earned Value Management System monthly rhythm.

They will:
• Integrate program requirements for functional facilities and other with overall company demand for Ground Test services.
• Support and manipulate Microsoft based tools in support of project schedule and status.
• Communicate with other program integrated product teams.
• Compile and analyze performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Superior business and data skills,
• Knowledge of IMS based project management and can work in a team environment.
• Understanding of Aerospace, Helicopter and / or development program experience
• Knowledge of mechanical / structural design and test

Looking for someone who can jump in, learn the tools and support this ambitious test program. Someone who has been around development programs, engineering and / or even test. The job is Project Engineering and will be asked to support those engineers who are running the test, enable them and support the Programmatics.
