Technical competency in the evaluation of fuel tank ignition risk assessments on a component level. - Competency in the application of fault and latent failure component design analysis. - M&P experience - Experience with Critical design configuration control limitations, inspections and maintenance procedures to prevent the development of fuel tank ignition sources. Increasing flammability exposure of aircraft fuel tanks. - Experience with identification of systems critical features where maintenance, repairs, or alterations may compromise CDCCLs.
