SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION

- The primary work location will be in Nagoya, Japan. However, engineers maybe requested to travel and/or relocate to Seattle or Moses Lake (Washington State, USA) where aircraft flight testing is performed and may also be requested to travel to systems supplier sites

- The Propulsion Unit work scope is to develop and certify the MRJ Propulsion System, in compliance with all applicable requirements.

- The responsible Engineer be part of the Propulsion System Fuel Team.

- Work in a multi-cultural team and an international working environment in MITAC Japan Headquarter. Japanese Language skill is not required.

COMMON QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 15 years aviation related experience, preferably on the Propulsion system software integration.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.

- Experience of identifying, managing and troubleshooting system snags.

- Needs the ability to develop, plan and implement short and long term goals.

- Ability to adapt to change.

JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS

Supplier control lead, working as part of the Fuel System Design, management and develop requirements for the MRJ Fuel system. Facing ex; Zodiac.
