Project Manager (Marketing Operations)

Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Project Manager (Marketing Operations) to work for Harley Davidson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This position will be a member of the Marketing Operations team responsible for project coordination and tasks including:

Documenting business requirements
Conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing as well as writing test scripts
Creating training materials
Building and running reports
Corporate event building
Identifying and resolving technical issues regarding member records
Developing expertise in the CRM membership management software and platform (Salesforce.com)
Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and manage system feature requests and issues
Working with Corporate Information Systems team and outside suppliers to deliver feature requests and close issues
Contributing to the strategic planning of future digital strategy and associated projects
