Design & Analysis Engineer

Description:
Company is currently seeking an experienced Electrical systems Designer to perform Electrical Loads Analysis and power systems modification. Candidate will support Boeing Global Services & Support Aircraft. This
includes Airborne Surveillance Command and Control aircraft from around the world including, NATO, French, Saudi, US, UK, Japan AWACS, B-52 Bombers, C32/C40 VIP transports, the E-4 National Airborne Operations Center, KC-767
International Tankers and VC-25 presidential transport.

This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and document electrical load analysis based upon system design.
- Provide coordination memos with impact analysis for systems design changes.
- Present results of analysis at customer design reviews (PDR, CDR)
- Publish reports detailing the aircraft electrical load and bus capability.
- Utilize existing software to complete Electrical Load Analysis
- Direct a team of engineers providing individual direction.
- Leverage existing tools and help develop a path forward for a common tool for ELA.
- Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
- Develops advanced technical ideas and guides their development into final product
- Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs. Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Previous experience with aircraft power distribution and architecture desired.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
