Aircraft Mechanical Systems Design Engineers Needed.

Mechanical Systems Design/Integration (Catia Routing)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Execute conceptual and preliminary airplane design in a thorough, imaginative, and practical manner, including:

Sizing and layout of airplane configuration, including aerodynamic, control, structure, propulsion, and supporting systems
Assessment of vehicle performance
Estimation of structural loads using computational and analytic technique
Perform design optimization of the primary system elements within given constraints.
Employ analytical, empirical, computational, and experimental techniques to assess subsonic and transonic aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft
Articulate formal design reviews and present design data to internal and external customers.
Requires a BS in Aerospace Engineering or Related Field with 10+ Years
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Candidates will have strong knowledge and practical experience in aircraft design, basic sizing, configuration layout, trade studies,
Experience in aircraft dynamics, and controls;
Experience in structural layout & design of primary load paths
Experience with civil transport airplane systems
Working knowledge of civil airworthiness requirements for transport category airplanes
Knowledge of FAA Part 25 and EASA CS 25 regulations

Note: Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance may be required.
