Description:
Production Management Expert - China.

Our Aerospace Client in China require a Production Management Expert to assist them.

Role:


Candidate will be responsible for production ramp up master plan development, implementation, monitor, improvement, provide technical guidance to relevant departments.

They will be responsible for shopfloor process improvement, coordinate different production lines/departments to realise the objective of reducing cost and raising efficiency and aircraft delivery goals.

Train the production management team of the company.


Qualifications and Experience Required:

Bachelors degree or above, with more than 10 yrs of relevant technical working experience (Experiences in Aircraft manufacturing, quality, technology or related positions are preferred).

Familiar with large project management and operation management work.

Excellent communication skills, analysis ability as well as efficient working attitudes.

Experienced in leading Airframe Manufacturing Companies is preferred.
