Electrical Engineer

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Requires Active Clearance)
Candidate will perform electrical design, development, integration and troubleshooting of power, simulated and actual aircraft electrical signals, simulated cockpit electrical panels in Mission Procedures Trainers and lab-based test stands. Candidate will prepare electrical design drawings, assemble, integrate, and test avionics test stand components.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of electrical power, discrete, synchro, analog, and Mil-Std-1553 data interfaces. Experience in electrical design, development, and test of lab-based avionics test stands. Experience with VME-based processor and data interface components.
Circuit board soldering certification. Experience with PC-based hardware and software.
Create and update schematics and mechanical drawing using AutoCAD 4-5 Years
Electronic/Electrical Designs Perform complete simulator electronic/electrical designs. 0-3 Years
Mil-Std-1553 Knowledge of 1553 bus interfaces and implementation. 0-3 Years

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Part-Time
