• Right-hand of Software Engineering Manager.
• Full lifecycle software development, including design, implementation, test and qualification of software
• Capture requirements to ensure code meets customer expectations
• Identify, evaluate and implement tools and processes to continually improve the software development process
• Conduct code reviews and apply best practices and coding standards

Required Skills/Qualifications/Competencies:
• Must have:
- C++ or C#
- Medical device SW engineering exp
- Windows developer
- 8+ years exp
- Some 'leadership' capabilities
- Visual Studio

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Competencies
• Medical device development experience
• Debugging hardware using software
• Manufacturing line control or test software
• Experience with any of the following: Win32, MFC, Windows Embedded, USB development, LabVIEW.
