Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Accounting Assistants for open positions in Irving, Texas.

Job Duties:

• Utilize SAP and outlook to perform vendor account set ups and updates
• Have a customer service orientation and be able operate independently
• Must be detailed oriented to ensure information is entered correctly for proper accounting and tax reporting
• Monitor and work to departmental and individual processing metrics

Qualifications:

• Vendor master experience a plus
• SAP knowledge preferable
• Strong attention to detail and accounting orientation
• Must be able to handle multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and work to metrics
• Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, and Excel
