Description:
POSITION ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of this role will be to perform Jurisdiction and Classification (J&C) in Sikorsky’s PLM systems in accordance with the ITAR and/or EAR of Hardware, Tech Data, Software and Defense Services. Interact Daily with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and SAS to address J&C items. Mandatory Skills:
• Employee must have technical/engineering experience (Avionics, Electrical, Propulsion, Chemical Airframe, Publications, and Training)
• Employee must have export compliance (ITAR\EAR) experience
• Employee must be adept in navigating through the MS Office Suite and must be able to handle a high volume of requests efficiently to meet internal customer demands.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Sikorsky's MATRIX-ONE, ERC Engineering Drawings and Specifications
• Knowledge of typical business processes (i.e. procurement, proposal preparation, program management, etc.) and production support would be helpful
Skills Required:
• Employee must have technical/engineering experience
• Knowledge in the area of export compliance a plus.
