Program Manufacturing Engineer- Huntsville, AL

Description:
We have an Excellent Contract position for a Program Integrator Manufacturing Engineering to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL area.
Develop the internal execution plans and interface with key team members to ensure alignment of site and program objectives. The key responsibilities are creating plans to integrate several teams such as manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, manufacturing operations so that products can be developed and delivered per the schedule and budget targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site team to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality. This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.
Interface with program team members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.
Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site's products.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major and at least 9 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience working and developing program plan and execution on the Orion JM Program.
Direct Orion JM program experience.
Experience with composite manufacturing and the aerospace industry is also highly desired.
Experience and familiarity with MS Office products required.
