Description:
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt
Previous experience building Combat Vehicle
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
CQE

Perform drawing reviews (electrical, mechanical, machining, welding, paint) and provide constructive feedback to design engineers. Assist in the development of Final Inspection Records that support performance specification requirements. Develop detailed Quality plans for various core processes to include Large structure welding, machining, painting, vehicle assembly integration and test. Participate in Natural Work Teams to review Requests for Change and Requests for Variance. Participate in Corrective and Preventative action plan development and execution. Develop, Participate in and monitor Qual and FAT testing. Participate in 8D Containments. Report writing. Weekly and Monthly status reports. Process and fixture prove out support.
