Design Engineers with Flight Controls Experience

Description:
Perform design of aircraft flight controls systems.
MUST HAVE flight controls experience from a General Aviation OEM:
Cirrus Aircraft
Textron (Cessna/Hawker)
Piper
AND the following would work too:
Gulfstream
Bombardier/Lear
Embraer

MUST BE US PERSONS
Create 3D/2D definition.
CATIA V5 is a MUST.
Participate in the Engineering definition review, approval and release process
Support the review of manufacturing plans and procedures to ensure compliance with design requirements
Support the creation of test plans which will be used to verify manufacturing processes meet design intent and requirements.

Looking for self-starters who are problem solvers. Need guys who do not rely on internal processes and hand-holding. Must ask questions and work with peers to figure out problems.
