Software Engineer

Description:
Will be enhancing existing CEN SDK to provide all the required information, data and resources to help developers integrate CEN services in a seamless manner. More third party developers expected to use the new SDK. There will be development and release version of SDK needed. Dev and Release SDK should take into account of all common airplane system use cases needed by airline customer, crew ops and maintenance ops. Provide methods common use cases and abstract/hide away from the developer as much as possible regarding the inner details of the SDK. Consider SDK that is compatible to various platforms (787, 777X etc), so that airplane data, variable names, methods and design patterns are all consistent with what the app developers are familiar with. Low level errors and exceptions should be handled within the SDKs with clear status or error codes returned back to the SDK user callbacks

Skill Description:
Very familiar with COTS Software Development Kit (Such as Android SDK and iOS SDK), guidelines and developer expectations.
Developed SDK (Small scale embedded ones are also acceptable), provided documentation, data and resources.
5+ years of Experience working in Linux, Virtualization techniques and shell scripting.
Familiar with Docker and container monitoring tools.
Complete Performance tracking capabilities of hosted apps - Network, CPU resources, configure required permissions.
Hands-on with C++, Python and Java is a plus.
