Mechanical Designer - Creo (025)

Description:
This is a full time, 6-12 month contract located in Phoenix*



We are recruiting for an entry level contract Mechanical Design Engineer who has fundamental knowledge of aerospace/DoD mechanical designing using Pro/E Creo.



Much of the work may be in mechanical and parts design, preparing items for machining and fabrication, welding, and assembly. A good knowledge of manufacturing processes will be used daily on manufacturing site.



Required:

*9 years’ experience in military/aerospace mechanical design using Pro/E Creo.
*Familiar with GD&T (ASME 14.5-2009)

*Able to work with some electrical as well as mechanical parts

*Able to work with Excel and creating large spreadsheets.

*Experience creating and reading engineering drawings, schematics.
*Associates Degree



Pluses:

*Vehicle designing experience a plus
