Job Description:
This opportunity will require you to put your project management capabilities and effective communication skills to work to drive enablement of Electronic Data Interface (EDI) set-up and execution for ClientMill suppliers in addition to other critical partner readiness tasks as part of the Raw Material Aggregation System (RMAS) project. In this key role, you will interact with multiple stakeholder audiences both internal and external to drive and manage critical EDI enablement milestones and Mill delegation activities to completion. This role will require you to collaborate with ClientIT, Mill Procurement Agents, and the Organizational Change Management team to develop a sustainable process for Mill EDI enablement, execute business readiness activities, and help develop and distribute communications and key messages. The ability to effectively escalate risks/issues and drive mitigation plans will be especially important to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP RMAS solution that will be utilized by ClientMill suppliers and Mill Procurement Agents.

This role demands a high level of professionalism, confidence in a high paced collaborative team environment and attention to detail to ensure progress on critical path actions and effective interaction between the RMAS project team members, key internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. You will own and manage a detailed workplan, collaborate with the RMAS Communications Leads on a Mill engagement and communication timeline, milestone tracker, drive critical path milestones and tasks, track status and report out on a weekly basis to Organizational Change Management Leadership and RMAS Project Leadership. As part of this role, you will Lead Mill EDI / Mill Delegation meetings as required and document/distribute meeting minutes, track and manage follow-ups required with the Mill, Mill PA, Process Teams, ClientIT, eFDS/Liaison as well as, participate in Mill Procurement Agent RMAS engagement sessions/training sessions and assist in driving other Mill-related key actions/topics (Mill Pricing, Contract Conversion, etc.)

Education / Experience:
- 3 or more years of Project Management experience is desired

- High degree of professionalism and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word
- Experience in business process design and analysis
- Ability to work cross functionally in a diverse team
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
