IT Operations Research Analysts - Atlanta, GA

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring IT Operations Research Analysts for open positions in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Duties:

• Determine and develop ideal solutions for change management, communication and/or training related to TechOps IT projects
• Assess organizational change readiness and develop, lead, and facilitate change preparation activities as require
• Design and Develop change management, communication and/or training solutions based on analysis of system and end users. Identify end user performance problems related to TechOps systems and applications and perform analysis to identify potential factors causing performance gaps and determine solution or intervention that will best fill the gap
• Participate with program managers and subject matter experts, during all phases of product development and implementation to ensure consideration of communication and education needs
• Facilitate/instruct change management, communication or training information as needed
• Post change management, communication or training material on departmental web site as needed

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ related experience
