Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Admin Assistants for open positions in Ozark, Alabama.

Job Duties:

• Provides support for various departments through a variety of specialized functions such as entering, compiling, or arranging data, making computation
• Lays out and prepares reports, processing, and coding documents
• Files and maintains specialized and comprehensive records of various items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associates degree may be a plus (high school diploma or equivalent required)
• Prefer 3 or more years’ previous clerical, administration or customer service experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Additional experience may be a plus
• Aviation experience preferred, and/or working knowledge of industry practices
