Job Summary:

The Aircraft Data Entry Operators will oversee all aspects of Records retention, maintaining accurate records for each aircraft and components. Audit online records and approved maintenance record database daily, ensuring all maintenance entries are accounted for and accurate. Organizes and reviews all aircraft data relating to the TCI, aircraft flight times, aircraft log pages, and maintenance activities that have been performed on the aircraft to ensure proper airworthiness in accordance with CFRs.

Job Duties:

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all records; update databases for lease return and induction activities; Scan or upload all documentation to the ERRP.
• Read & interpret technical data, to be input in the maintenance database, as required.
• Ensure all maintenance records received into Aircraft Records are entered into approved maintenance record database daily.
• Scan, Audit, and index all documents into the ERRP to comply with the FARs.
• Audit the documentation for accuracy and completion as outlined in the GMM & FARs.
• Accurately track all serialized components on the aircraft.
• Record hours/cycles daily; correct aircraft hours and cycles on parts tags, EOs, ADs, FCDs, and A-Checks for accurate data input into the Maintenance database.
• Enter component removal and replacement in the maintenance database; ensure that part numbers and serial numbers are accurate.
• Perform other duties as required or directed from supervisor of the department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED & the ability to interpret technical data.
• Four years of aircraft related work & familiarity with Aviation terminology.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and acting on behalf of the company.
• Preferred - Experience with aircraft MRO systems & Experience with electronic records management systems.

Description:
Electrical Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager. The Electrical Engineer plans, designs, and oversees the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical/electronic components, equipment, and systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr Mechanical Engineer I is responsible for the conceptual and detailed mechanical design of EO Sensors and Laser products for application in ground, airborne and space-based defense. Responsibilities include the design of structures, mechanisms, thermal systems and electronic enclosures. Candidate will be expected to follow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program / functional supervision to ensure the overall design objectives are met. Applies extensive technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines (Thermal, Structural, Electrical, and Optical). Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity using CAD software like CREO and performs preliminary mechanical analyses.

Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.

Will assist in understanding the design requirements, coordinating mechanical design, preparation of design reviews, presentation of the engineering to Raytheon management as well as customers. The position requires the mechanical designer to understand tasks involving pre-proposal, conceptual, preliminary, and critical design build, test, and delivery of complex Electro-Optical Sensors. The engineer in this position must lead the team from a deep, wide breadth and strong technical background involving material selection, optical layout, thermal management, precision mechanical mounting and motion, and structural optimization. This position also requires an engineer familiar with design for manufacturing and producibility.

Participate as a member of a Board Support Package (BSP) development / Software Diagnostics team supporting custom hardware for real-time embedded missile applications. Design, create, and maintain multiple BSPs – on reference and tactical Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). Tasks include writing modifications of baseline code to support custom hardware, designing new features for application software, integration and configuration of real-time OS (RTOS) on hardware, JTAG In-Circuit Emulator (ICE) configuration and debugging, and performing bring-up and trouble-shoot of CCA hardware with hardware engineers. The candidate must be an independent problem solver and comfortable integrating on an embedded target board. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Wind River Systems Workbench IDE, VxWorks RTOS, and be familiar with ARM v7/8 processor architectures generally, and the Xilinx Zynq, Zynq UltraScale+, and TI Keystone II devices in particular (ARM Cortex-A9, A53, A15, respectively).

Successful candidate applies technical expertise in the development of C/C++, and Assembly software for embedded multi-processor systems. Required Skills/Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience with hard real-time, embedded systems development
• Recent development experience with Workbench IDE v3.x, and VxWorks v6.9 or later (VxWorks 7 is preferred)
• Software board bring-up experience – including use of JTAG In-Circuit Emulators and associated debugger tools
• Experience designing multiprocessor systems using PCIe bus
• Experience with hardware/software integration for real time embedded software, working with electronics and FPGA configurable logic developers
